Turkey's most creative and talented artists who are keen on making it not just in Turkey but worldwide will get the opportunity to compete at the first Turkish Global Battle of the Bands. The winner of the Turkish competition will qualify to participate in the annual GBOB World Final and compete for the title of the "Best New Band in the World" plus an international development package. This unique opportunity will be brought to you by 06 Records.

This year's World Final will take place in Berlin and as a MTV Award winning singer/song writer and Turkey's National Director for GBOB, Ferman has been invited to be on the jury of the Global final. The event will be live on Thursday the 26yh May 19:30(CEST) and will be available to watch and vote online here.

GBOB is the world's largest live talent competition for bands of all genres. Starting in 2004 with 16 countries participating, the competition now attracts over 30 countries annually. This global completion finds raw talent and exposes it to a wider audience. Every year Local Qualifying Heats and National Finals take place in participating countries.
